Thank you for taking the time to meet your Doctor at Live Well. Hamilton Taylor, DC, is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Palmer College was the first chiropractic school in the world and is to chiropractic what sterling is to silver.
He began his journey toward becoming a doctor after suffering a neck injury while playing football in high school. He was told with the damage that he sustained that playing football was no longer an option. After seeking help from many doctors and physical therapists, a chiropractor helped him, and he was able to return to playing the sport that he loves.
He resides in Richmond, where they enjoy archery gymnastics, fishing, running, riding motorcycles. He volunteers his time with local middle school sports as the team doctor.
Dr. Taylor has worked with patients from just days old to the elderly and professional athletes for nearly 20 years. His passion is helping guide people with their health care issues in a safe and conservative manner. No matter what problem you have, he will help you to the best of his ability or refer you to the proper and best health care provider he knows.
Having never been to a chiropractor, I was skeptical to say the least. However, after two months of visits, I am not hurting from my plantar fasciitis and haven’t had my weekly allergy shots in two months! I haven’t even had to take my over-the-counter sinus & allergy medicine. Previous numbness in my arms, hands, and shoulder tingling is gone. I am now a believer!!

I was given a diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis and could not walk without being in severe foot pain. Dr. Taylor has made walking, running, and exercising pain-free for me. Thank you so much for that! I really appreciate my good foot health now that I have it back! May God bless you and Live Well Chiropractic!

Hi, my name is Oma. I am 82 years old and live alone in assisted living apartments. I have always been very independent, I was hanging up a shower curtain on a step stool, I stepped off and jerked my back. The pain was unreal and just got worse. My son took me to the doctor and then to have an MRI, the result was slipped disks and sciatica. I was referred to a neuro surgeon for further treatment but it was over a month before we could get an appointment. The pain was so bad I spent most days from bed to couch and never could get comfortable, during this time I started falling, I was tripping over my own two feet. I ended up in a wheelchair. My daughter in law got me an appointment with Dr. Taylor. I went from wheelchair to walker to cane and now am back independently walking on my own with no more falls. In just a few adjustments! I am living proof chiropractic skills in the right hands works.

I came in with a jammed foot where a cat had tripped me on the stairs. Limping and in severe pain I thought it was broke. Dr. Taylor x-rayed my foot and there was not a break – thank goodness! This very same foot had been broken before so I was very hesitant to let him work on it. After several adjustments the foot was better than it had been in years. I can go barefoot now with no pain for the first time in years!

I have suffered low back pain and leg pain for many years. Sometimes to the point of not being able to function at all after seeing Dr. Taylor for the past couple of months, I am about to do anything I want to, without pain. It has also helped with sinus problems and acute heartburn, I’m feeling great! Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff for making a real difference in my daily life!

I was a non-believer for years of chiropractic care. Ten years later it is the only care that I prefer. I have seen Dr. Taylor with my children for bed wetting, allergies, sinus infections, ear infections, and even asthma. I myself have seen him for not only sciatica but for allergies and sickness. No meds or chemicals. We are so glad that we made the move to chiropractic care.
